Make sure your pet is microchipped!
Why Microchip Your Pet?
Well for one thing, at least if they get lost, the chances of them being found and returned to you are far greater. They can be taken to the vet or an animal shelter and be scanned. The person who scanned your pet would know who and where to call because all your information is on the microchip and they can be reunited and back home quickly. A winning situation for you and your pet.
The chip is only as big as a grain of rice and usually implanted via an (all be it quite large) injection in the back of their neck. Its doesn’t cause them any discomfort once in and there are generally zero side effects.
Now that’s something to woof about!
