Hi everyone, Jimmy Choo here, Chief Tasting Officer – I just wanted to tell you of my recent adventure.

So’s, I got sick with an infection and all the pawsome Doctors and Nurses fixed me quickly. In fact, I was so good that I caught a bird for my afternoon snack. Mum’s told me off for doing that before, but really, it flew into my mouth and I couldn’t resist.

Then, something happened and my body crashed with bacteria infection, my kidneys went all weird and, well, really I was not in a good space. My Mum and Dad raced me back off to the Doctor where I was instantly put onto a drippy thing that was attached to my paw. I stayed there for a while, then Mum and Dad picked me up and took me to the hospital.

I had more drippy things, lotions, potions, prods and pokes; but the best thing was the oxygen tank (Oh Yes) for 5 days. Mum and Dad came to visit me everyday and I really loved it when they were there. I told them so with big purrs. Then one day they came and picked me up and put me in the car and, hey treatos, I arrived home.

Yay, I was so happy to be back in my own bed! I’m still a bit wobbly, but for my 18 years, I think I’m pretty amazing. Mum and Dad tell me that everyday, so I know it’s true. Mum says that I’m one lucky kitty cat and we all can’t thank the Doctors and Nurses enough who worked through the nights to save me. A big kitty paws up thank you to Cape Animal Clinic and Noordhoek Vet for everything they did for me. Big luffs to you all, Jimmy Choo xxx

P.S. – I would just like to add that my Chief Tasting Officer duties are fully resumed and I am, of course, still Chief of Staff and Chief of Everything. My Pawsome team did a pawriffic job of holding the treats whilst I was away on sick leave. Thanks to all my frens xxx
