Terms and Conditions

  1. FTB products are handmade and may have some variance in size. All products are weighed and products will be overweight, rather than shipped underweight.
  2. Gift Hampers: contents, box and toys may vary from those shown in photographs.
  3. Need our products shipped internationally? Contact us for international shipping rates.
  4. Delivery within 24 hours of order, where possible.
  5. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) for personalised orders
  6. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order.
  7. From the Barkery is not responsible for delayed parcel delivery. Once the parcels leave our facility, they are the responsibility of The Courier Guy. To query where your order is, please visit www.thecourierguy.co.za. Have your waybill number ready.
  8. We want you to be totally happy with your order.  If you are not, please notify us within 1 day of receiving your order, by email.  You can return the product, but in the condition you found it – sealed, unopened, with all packaging – within 7 days of receiving your order.  Please state your reason for return.
  9. If the product is being returned because you changed your mind, you will have to pay the shipping costs.
  10. Refunds will be processed within 14 days. Personalised items cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.
  11. In the event that your order is damaged, please email us within 1 day of receiving your order and include a picture of the damaged item. We will endeavour to replace faulty/damaged goods.
  12. Our products contain wheat and egg. We can make gluten and wheat free upon request
  13. FTB make treats in a factory that uses peanuts.
